John has recently become a designer for the Banff Centre, Canada's creative leader in arts and culture.  The Centre's designers are leaders, creators and innovators from across Canada who are emblematic of a shift in how we lead and how we serve.  John was selected to be part of the Cultural Leaders Lab, created by Toronto Arts Council and The Banff Centre to enhance leadership capacity in Toronto’s arts and culture sectors.
